Occupiers shelled kindergarten in Kherson and suburbs: there are dead and wounded
On December 4, around the 11th, the enemy targeted the building of one of the kindergartens of Kherson. As a result of this head injury, an employee of a preschool educational institution received a head injury. She was hospitalized.
In addition, the invaders settled on the outskirts of Kherson. A 64-year-old man was killed as a result of shelling of one of the suburban villages. Also in another village due to enemy shelling, three local residents were injured, one of whom was hospitalized.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, which was combined with premeditated murder (Part 1, 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
