Occupiers Shelled Kindergarten in Kherson
According to the investigation, on August 9, 2023, around 11:40am, the Russian army once again carried out mortar shelling of the city of Kherson.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in criminal proceedings on violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The occupiers searched the territory of the kindergarten in one of the microdistricts of the regional center. As a result of the shelling, a 72-year-old man received a head injury. The building of the preschool educational institution was damaged.
Currently, priority measures are being taken to record the crime committed by the army of the aggressor country.
