Police documented 22 war crimes of the Russian Federation. As a result of Russian shelling, there are dead and wounded civilians.
Under enemy fire were 15 settlements — cities Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Mykolaivka, Kostiantynivka, Vuhledar, Krasnogorovka, Raigorodok, Velyka Novosilka and New York, villages Andriivka, Halytsynivka, Karlivka, Pervomaiske, Lastochkino, Georgievka Yevka.
The Russian army used anti-aircraft missiles “S-300", artillery, RSDV “Grad” and “Smerch” against the civilian population.
38 objects were destroyed and damaged — 31 residential buildings, a thermal power plant, a filtration station, a hangar, a wheat field, civilian cars.
The police and the SBU opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
