Occupiers massively shelled Kharkiv region: investigators recorded consequences of war crimes of Russians
Last day, the Russian army massively shelled Kharkiv region with S-300 and “Smerch” missiles: there are casualties among the civilian population. Damaged infrastructure, hostels, private houses and garages.
At night, the Russian military launched missile strikes on Kharkov and the town of Zolochiv, Bogodukhiv district. Previously, the S-300 anti-aircraft missile complex was hit. Infrastructure facilities, a hostel building and an apartment building were damaged in the
Novobavarsky district of Kharkiv.
Two rockets hit the ground between residential buildings in the village of Zolochiv. As a result, windows were knocked out, garages were destroyed.
Also last day the enemy shelled settlements of the Kupyansk, Chuguivsky and Kharkiv districts of the region. On the city of Kupyansk, the Russians fired from the Smerch RSDV.
Damaged private household. Private houses were damaged in the village of Khatne,
Kupyan district. A 43-year-old woman was taken to the hospital. A house was also damaged in the village of Ohirtsevo,
Chuguev district. A 61-year-old man was injured. He was hospitalized in the hospital. Residential buildings were damaged by shelling in the city of
Volchansk, Chuguev district.
Investigative and operational teams, experts and explosives technicians worked at the scene. On the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art.
438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
