Occupation forces shelled residential quarters of Donetsk region 26 times: police record consequences
During the day, the Russian army destroyed 66 civilian objects — homes, educational institutions, communications, etc. Police officers worked at the scene of each attack — recording the consequences and helping the victims.
The invaders struck the cities of Bakhmut, Avdiyivka, Slovyansk, Nikolaevka, Krasnogorovka, Toretsk, New York, Ocheretyne, Cherkaske, Nelipivka, the villages of Vidradne, Vremovka, Maksymilyanivka, Netaylov, Oleksandrivka.
There are dead and wounded among the civilian population. The occupiers used missiles, S-300s, artillery, RZVS “Hurricane”, “Grad”.
The enemy destroyed and damaged 35 residential buildings, a school, a technical school, shops, a market, a production workshop, a hotel, a stadium, power lines.
Police and SBU opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
With the help of the police, 518 citizens were evacuated, since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation — more than 11,000 people, among them 1897 — children, 493 — people with disabilities.
