The illegal channel was blocked and its organizers were exposed by the operatives of the Directorate of Strategic Investigations in the Odessa region and the investigators of the Odessa District Police Department No. 1.
The two citizens set up a “scheme” by which men of conscription age could freely leave the borders of Ukraine. One of the organizers brought them to the border with Moldova and received 1500 US dollars for it, the other met and directly accompanied them to their destination bypassing official checkpoints. Both attackers are detained under the order of Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
