Odessa guards found citizens with prohibited substances and probable weapons
The guards of the 11 brigade named after Mikhail Hrushevsky of the Southern OTO NGU together with the employees of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the NPU and the SBU, during the inspection of the household ownership of a citizen in the Odessa region, found a training grenade F1 UZRGM — 2583 — 1 unit, gas revolver ME 38 Compact, ammunition for injuries 7 weapons with H&A 9mm PA marking, 60 rounds of 7.62 caliber, traumatic pistol PM with 8 rounds of 9mm R.A., bayonet knife up to AK-74 without number, knives in a case marked “K” and “F-1" and a knife in the case without marking.
An investigative and operational team was called to the scene, which in the presence of witnesses seized the above items, and the man was detained on suspicion of committing a crime provided for by Article 263 of the Criminal Code.
Also, while serving at one of the checkpoints of the Odessa region, the soldiers of the brigade stopped a car of the brand “VAZ 2106” to check the documents.
During the conversation, the driver and passenger confirmed that they had prohibited substances with them. After that, the man was found to have a zip bag with an unknown green herbal substance similar to “Cannabis” that he had purchased for his own use, and the woman got a zip bag with an unknown crystal substance that she had purchased for distribution, according to her.
These persons were transferred to police officers on suspicion of committing a crime provided for by Articles 309 and 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
