Heads of the “educational institutions” of the occupation authorities in the Kherson region: the National Police announced five collaborators on the wanted list

During the temporary occupation by the Russian military of the Kherson region, the defendants switched to the side of the enemy and organized work in educational institutions according to the “educational programs” of the Russian Federation. Collaborators also participated in production videos for propaganda TV channels of the occupiers.

The investigators of the Main Investigation Department together with the employees of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police under the procedural guidance of the Office of the Prosecutor General documented the criminal activities of the attackers.

During the investigation, it was established that four defendants, who before the full-scale Russian invasion worked in educational institutions, went to cooperate with the enemy and received a “promotion”:

Natalia Mikhailovna, a primary school teacher of “Genichesky Lyceum No. 1” Galka, headed this lyceum,

head of the laboratory and pharmaceutical department of the “Kherson Basic Medical Professional College” Boiko Alexander Ivanovich took the position of director of the institution and headed it until November 11, 2022,

head of the preparatory department of the “Kherson Academy of Continuing Education” Fateyev Elvira Mikhailovna became the rector of the academy and headed it until November 11, 2022,

physical education teacher of school No. 1 in the village. Chaplinka Yatsiuk Natalia Anatolyevna held the position of director of the institution. Another collaborator, Natalya Gennadievna Tsyba, remained the director of the Rivne Lyceum of the Genicheska City Council under the occupation authorities.

“Teachers” organized the activities of the institutions headed by them and training according to the “educational programs” of Russia. In addition, these individuals were filmed in videos for the occupation propaganda media of the Russian occupation authorities. The defendants popularized the educational process in Russian according to the educational plans of the Russian Federation.

These persons were informed by the investigators of the suspicion of committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 3 and Part 5 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaborative Activities) and declared wanted.

The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to ten years in prison, with confiscation of property.
