She headed a college in occupied Mariupol: investigators sent to court a case about another collaborator
In the course of the investigation, the police established that the accused, holding the position of deputy director for educational work of the “Mariupol Professional College of the State Higher Educational Institution “Priazovsky State Technical University”, after the occupation of the city voluntarily agreed to become the director of the occupying institution “Mariupol professional college fgbou in “pgtú”.
The defendant organized the activities of the college and the training of students according to the curricula of educational programs of the Russian Federation and exercises control over their implementation.
To this end, the respondent selected employees of the institution who agreed to implement the educational standards of the aggressor state and appointed them to positions.
In the course of the investigation, evidence of the criminal activity of the attacker was collected. The accused is charged with treason committed under the conditions of martial law — Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for fifteen years or life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
