The Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ambassador of the Netherlands discussed assistance to the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Today, November 3, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denis Monastyrsky met with the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Ukraine Jens de Molom.

The Dutch diplomat forwarded to the Minister an official letter of the Minister of Defense of the Netherlands with a message about the provision in the near future of 3 modern field hospitals for the needs of the National Guard of Ukraine.

“I want to express my deep respect and admiration for the courage shown by you and the Ukrainian people in confronting the Russian Federation,” the head of the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Kais Ollongren, said in a letter.

Denis Monastyrsky and Jennes de Mol discussed the current situation in the areas of hostilities and the problems of restoring life in the de-occupied territories.

Ambassador De Mol also expressed the readiness of the Netherlands to actively participate in strengthening the potential of Ukraine in the processes of defusing explosive objects in the territories where hostilities took place.

In this context, the possibility of initiating a substantive dialogue within the framework of the technical conference “Donor Coordination for the Mine Action Program in Ukraine” planned in Geneva, organized by the Geneva International Center for Humanitarian Mining together with the Secretariat of the National Mine Action Authority, was discussed.
