Sumy region's occupiers shell injured a woman and damaged 7 private houses
Under the procedural guidance of the Shostka District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on September 4, 2023, around 8:00am, the occupiers from the territory of the Russian Federation carried out artillery shelling of the civilian infrastructure of the city. Friendship of Shostka district.
A local resident was injured while on the territory of her own household. 7 private houses were damaged.
Law enforcement officers record the consequences of the shelling. In the future, the materials of criminal proceedings will be transferred to the USBU in Sumy region.
