Driver's license exchange and renewal are available online again
The main service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with SE “INFOTEH” and Ukrposhta, is restoring online service, which was suspended for security reasons due to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
From now on, it is possible to order the exchange and renewal of the driver's license again through the Electronic Driver's Cabinet. Specialists of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have worked out an algorithm that allows you to restart one of the most popular online services in a secure format. For users of the online service, practically nothing changes: you can still order the service in a few clicks through a smartphone or laptop. At the same time, it will be possible to collect the certificate in person both at any nearest service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and through the service of a postal operator.
“Every day, about 2 thousand customers apply to the 142 operating service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the exchange of driver's licenses. And from today such an operationcan be ordered online. Therefore, it will be possible to pick up the finished document either in a convenient service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or in the nearest branch of Ukrposhta, or even order delivery by courier of Ukrposhta home,” said the head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Mykola Rudyk.
