Exchange or renewal of a driver's license: you can now order the document in Actions with delivery through Ukrposhta
The main service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, SE “INFOTEH” and JSC “Ukrposhta” has worked out an algorithm that allows you to order one of the most popular online services.
From now on, in Diya you can order the delivery of a plastic form to a branch of Ukrposhta or by courier home.
Users of Actions via smartphone can order a driver's license exchange service in a few clicks. From today they have several options for obtaining a manufactured document or:
- pick up a driver's license at the selected service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- order delivery of a manufactured driver's license to a branch of Ukrposhta or by courier to any convenient address;
- refuse a plastic document and order only an e-certificate.
The service is available for drivers:
- in case of unsuitability of the certificate for further use (damaged, unreadable records, etc.);
- in case of change of personal data of a person (surname, first name, patronymic or gender);
- at the request of the owner (for example, in order to obtain a more modern form or clarify personal data in Latin letters, replace photos, etc.);
- after the expiration of the validity period;
- in case of theft or loss.
In order to exchange or renew a driver's license in Action with delivery from Ukrposhta, you must:
- log in to the application;
- go to the “Services” menu and click “Replace driver's license” or click on the context menu icon on the digital driver's license and select “Replace license”;
- specify the reason for replacing the document;
- choose the type of certificate - digital+plastic;
- specify the method of delivery - self-pickup from the Ukrposhta branch or delivery by courier to the specified address;
- specify contact details;
- pay for the service;
- sign a statement.
Within 10 minutes you need to pay for the service, otherwise the application is canceled. Up to 3 days is provided for consideration of the online application generated through the Act.
Logistics services are provided separately. Delivery by Ukrposhta is carried out within 7 days and is paid separately. It costs 294 UAH.
In Actions, you can view the status of the application, and Ukrposhta will send a notification about the delivery.
