Restrictions on travel abroad for officials and civil servants
Departures abroad of people's deputies and deputies of local councils, judges, prosecutors, civil servants, reserved employees and other categories of persons can be carried out exclusively on business trips.
There are a number of exceptions to the rules and allowed to travel:
• single parents to visit children abroad; • for treatment abroad;
• on the basis of a separate decision of the Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, in case of death of family members abroad.
The changes also regulate the procedure for the departure of servicemen, which is carried out on the basis of the decision of the Minister of Defense or another head on the implementation of tasks in the field of security and defense.
