Beware of mines: in a village in Kharkiv region, a man blew up on a “petal”
The incident happened in a field near the village. Yaremivka Izyum district. According to preliminary data, a man born in 1966 blew up on an anti-personnel mine PFM-1 “Petalyustka” and died on the spot.
Emphasize! The de-occupied territories are now literally “plastered” with explosive objects. So every reckless step can cost a life.
In total, during the last day, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service were involved 144 times, 805 explosive objects were detected, seized and neutralized, and an area of 351 hectares was surveyed.
Most often, pyrotechnic units worked: in Kharkiv region — 24 thousand 286, Kyiv region — 9 thousand. 129, Donetsk region — 8 thousand 775, Mykolaiv region — 6 thousand 332, Kherson region — 8 thousand 597, Chernihiv region — 5 thousand 058, Sumy region — 2 thousand 632, Cherkasy region — 1 thousand 355.
In total, since the beginning of the large-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, 447 thousand 519 explosive items and 2 thousand 892 kg of explosives have been defused, including 3 thousand 112 aircraft bombs. The area of more than 106 thousand 147 hectares was surveyed.
