New online service: re-delivery of driver's license abroad
From now on, re-delivery of driver's license abroad by Ukrposhta is available. Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are constantly improving the provision of services to make them as convenient as possible for each citizen. This also applies to those individuals who were forced to seek refuge abroad due to a full-scale invasion.
Already now Ukrainians have access to international delivery of a driver's license by Ukrposhta to several European countries. Sometimes there may be unforeseen situations when, for certain reasons, citizens do not have time to pick up their ordered ID. From now on, in such cases, citizens can take advantage of a new convenient option. Repeated international delivery of the certificate became available in the driver's electronic cabinet.
How to use the service
To re-order international delivery of a driver's license, you must log in to the Driver's Electronic Cabinet. After authorization, the “Order” button will be available in the “Driver Card” section. After filling in the necessary personal data, you must enter the delivery address and pay for the service. Logistics costs abroad will amount to 960 UAH. The international delivery time is about 15 days.
It is possible to re-order the delivery of a driver's license to the following countries:
- Poland;
- Czech Republic; - Germany;
- Italy.
International delivery of driver's license became possible thanks to the cooperation of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the team of SE “INFOTEH”. Also, work is underway to increase the list of countries where our fellow citizens can order delivery of a driver's license. In the future, it is planned to introduce this service to other countries that have ratified the Vienna Convention.
