Illegally seized the apartment: law enforcement reported the suspicion to the registrar
The capital's law enforcement officers reported the suspicion of an official of the Department for Registration of the Executive Body of the Kyiv City Council. She is suspected of re-registration of property rights to the property that was under arrest.
A 50-year-old woman held the position of state registrar and illegally resold an apartment on John McCain Street. However, this property was arrested by a court decision in 2018 and has not been canceled until now.
The official made unauthorized changes to the automated system of the State Register of Rights, on the basis of which an illegal re-registration of ownership rights to the apartment on which the encumbrance was imposed was carried out.
According to the act on conducting electronic tenders, the market value of the apartment is 1 875 978 UAH.
Law enforcement officers informed the offenders about the suspicion of committing criminal offenses provided for by two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- part 3 of Article 365-2 - abuse of authority by persons providing public services,
- Part 3 of Art. 362 unauthorized actions with information that is processed in electronic computers (computers), automated systems, computer networks or stored on the media of such information, committed by a person who has the right to access it.
The maximum penalty involves imprisonment for a term of five to eight years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of up to three years, with or without confiscation of property.
