Illegal re-registration of non-residential premises controlled by “Rosatom”: the indictment against the state registrar was sent to court
The capital's law enforcement officers last year exposed two men who, on the basis of forged documents, tried to change the ownership of non-residential premises, covering an area of more than a thousand square meters.
The specified property is the property of the company, which is part of the sanctioning corporation “Rosatom”. Men were informed of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 15, Part 4 of Art. 190, Part 5 of Art. 27 Part 1 of Art. 358, Part 3, 4, Art. 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the indictment was sent to the court for consideration.
However, during the investigation of criminal proceedings, investigators found that in order to illegally seize the premises, the intruders submitted forged documents to the center for the provision of administrative services of the Podolsk district state administration.
Despite the fact that the state registers contain information about the prohibition to carry out any transactions for the alienation of the specified property, the official conducted the state registration of ownership of the specified object. Now the investigators informed the state registrar about the suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, that is, official negligence, which caused serious consequences.
In accordance with the sanction of the accused violator of the article, liability in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of up to three years is provided. The indictment is sent to court.
