Maximum state service in the phone. Ukrainians are already accustomed to receive services in a gadget in a matter of minutes without leaving home. Their list is constantly expanding. And in the near future, citizens will be able to sell movable property online in just a few clicks.
The first step for this has already been taken. Today, the Diya app launches a kit for beta testing of one of the most popular services of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - re-registration of vehicles. It will be available for passenger cars, motorcycles and mopeds. It is also easy to use — the seller must form a statement in the Action and share a QR code or a link to the contract. In turn, the buyer must sign the received document. Also choose to leave the old license plate or change to a new one.
Only adult citizens of Ukraine who have:
- available certificate of registration of the vehicle;
- taxpayer registration number;
- ID, passport or residence permit;
- registered place of residence;
- Act.Signature.

In addition, the possibility of delivery of documents by a postal operator will be available for drivers in the future. If the driver buys a car from another region, order the receipt of license plates and vehicle registration certificates at any convenient branch of Ukrposhta.
