Drunk young man got into an accident: police of Kyiv region documented the driver

Two 17-year-old couples decided to travel through the streets of the village of Drozdy on a scooter. Due to the condition and carelessness, the driver failed to handle the steering and fell on the carriageway. He and his fellow doctors were diagnosed with multiple body abrasions. The pilot was hospitalized in the hospital.
Employees of the Belotserkivsk Department of the Kyiv Police documented a minor for driving a vehicle in a state of intoxication [Part 1 of Article 130 of the KUPA] and for violation of traffic rules that caused damage to the transport [Part 1 of Article 124 of the KUPA].
