The discovery of the sinker was reported by a man who fished in the village of Bushtyno. At the time of death, there was a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a driver's license.

According to the documents, the dead man was registered in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The body was found downstream from the area where the border between Ukraine and Romania runs along the river. Most likely, the sinker died while trying to illegally cross the state border through Tisa.

It should be noted that since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, it has already been 16 drownings discovered in Tisa on the border with Romania and Hungary.

Note that with the beginning of the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, there is a restriction on the departure of military servicemen abroad. Often, men between the ages of 18 and 60, when looking for the possibility of illegally crossing the border, become victims of criminals who transport their clients in a way that is dangerous for life or health.
