In Lviv region, migrant workers found a Russian woman who was illegally in the country.

The Russian citizen repeatedly violated the migration legislation: the first time — after the expiration of the visa period, she did not leave the territory of Ukraine; the second time — she tried to legalize her stay through a sham marriage in Odessa.

In August of this year, the woman was detained in Lviv by employees of the migration service of the region and brought to administrative responsibility under Part 3 of Article 203 of the Code of Civil Procedure “Violation by foreigners and stateless persons of the rules of stay in Ukraine and transit passage through the territory of Ukraine”.

In relation to her, a decision was made on forced expulsion with a ban on entry into Ukraine for a period of 5 years and placed in the Volyn temporary detention center of foreigners and stateless persons.

Subsequently, the employees of the Department of Migration Control and Administrative Proceedings of the Department for Immigration, Temporary Stay and Counteraction to Illegal Migration of the Main Department of the State Department of the State Department of Internal Affairs in Lviv Oblast, together with representatives of law enforcement agencies, expelled the citizen of the aggressor country outside Ukraine.

Therefore, for numerous violations of migration legislation, Russians are prohibited from entering the territory of our country for a period of 8 years.
