No passport of a citizen of Ukraine: what to do

For identity card in Ukraine, you can use the following documents: passport (in case of loss
of ID card or passport book); driver's license; digital documents in the mobile application “Diya”.
They have the same legal force as their paper or plastic counterpart; the
“eDocument” is a temporary identity document during the martial law period. It is created automatically on the basis of data from BankID or biometric document data.
You can issue passport documents in any division of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in the “live queue” order, or use the “Electronic queue” service and register at a convenient time for you.
