Do not use the services of fraudsters: the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs always detect fake driver's licenses
Not every day on information resources there are reports of detention by the patrol police of drivers or the detection of false documents when applying for services to the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Sometimes a fake document is difficult to distinguish from a real one, fraudsters approach their illegal activities so masterfully.
But sooner or later, something hidden becomes obvious.
The service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kryvyi Rih received a driver's license, which was seized by the police from the violator under the sanction of Article 130 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Recall, this is an article about administrative offenses, which determines the responsibility for driving vehicles by persons in a state of alcohol, drug or other intoxication or under the influence of drugs that reduce their attention and reaction speed.
The administrator of the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs immediately noticed that the driver's license form, which was received from law enforcement agencies, was different from those that the girl holds in her hands every day. During the checks on the available databases, it was found that this driver's license was not issued by the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are the only authorized body for issuing driver's licenses.
The police were called to the institution and all materials were handed over for further investigation into the circumstances of the origin of the fake.
Liability for the use of forged documents is provided for by part 4 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. This is punishable by a fine of up to fifty taxable minimum incomes of citizens or arrest for up to six months, or restriction of liberty for up to two years.
And for the organization of activities on forgery of documents, liability is provided for in parts 1, 2 and 3 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. And the punishment is even more severe.
Therefore, do not look for illegal ways to obtain printing products that visually resemble a driver's license.
Safety on the road depends on each of us. Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs once again draw attention to the fact that the only legal way to obtain a driver's license for the first time is to personally pass theoretical and practical training courses in an accredited driving school and successfully pass both exams in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
