Inducted missile strikes and maintained contacts with PVC “Wagner”
In the Odessa region, the corrector was exposed. The man is suspected of treason. He could face life imprisonment.
In the course of monitoring information on possible actions aimed at supporting Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, operatives of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police, together with SBU investigators in the Odessa region, established a man of 2000 years of birth who acted in the interests of the enemy.
A local resident photographed military facilities and the coastline of the Odessa region and transmitted the data to enemy coordinators. In social networks, he openly supported armed aggression and spoke approvingly of the actions of the Russian Federation and the so-called l/dnr.
During the sanctioned searches, Russian rubles and uniform clothes with a white bandage were seized from the man, which the occupiers used at the beginning of the full-scale attack. The fact of maintaining contacts with representatives of PVC “Wagner” has also been established.
On December 9, the 22-year-old defendant was detained and declared a suspect under Part 2 of Art. 111 (treason) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Currently, he has been given a precautionary measure in the form of detention. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for fifteen years or life imprisonment, with confiscation of property.
