The Rapid Response Brigade of NGU “Rubezh” today holds intrigues to Bakhmut. A powerful and invisible force of Ukrainian counteraction are the air scouts, the people who militarized the “iron birds”.
Previously, the enemy used heavy armored vehicles, “pressed” with massive fire and only after that carried out assault actions. Now in the Bakhmut direction, they deploy, usually, small tactical groups of manpower, which are endless and begin to operate under the cover of heavy mortar fire.
The task of air reconnaissance is to detect these small tactical groups and mortar calculations in advance by our UAVs and adjust the fire of our artillery, thereby destroying and hindering all their further actions.
“In different areas, the priorities are different. If the enemy presses with live force - we destroy the live force, if with armored vehicles - accordingly. The most pleasant thing for me is to see the enemy's heavy installations burning, because this is his most effective weapon of defeat in our direction. The fire from the destroyed “Nona” is generally enchanting and especially pleasant,” the National Guard said.
Air intelligence is not only a tool of physical warfare, but also an informational one.
“Thanks to the video from the UAV, we show how the war is going and how we “punish” those who step on our land without our permission,” the soldier shared.
The air scout, says Bogdan, needs to understand the tactics of the enemy in order to detect in advance the groups of infantry and armored vehicles, enemy artillery.
“A person who wants to join our team must be well versed in general military disciplines and understand new technologies. Our team needs motivated, fearless and intelligent people. War will affect everyone sooner or later. And as long as Ukrainians can choose their place in the army, I advise them to start preparing for it. Responsibly and wisely learn directions, do not waste time and join the team “Rubizh”, - Bohdan stressed.
