In Ukraine, a pilot project to ensure transparent conditions for passing exams in service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues. Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Odessa, Sumy, Rivne, Zhytomyr and Kirovohrad regions are currently participating in the project.
This project provides for the optimization of examination activities in the regions, the introduction of an e-recording system for the practical exam, as well as the technical re-equipment of classrooms and cars for taking exams.
Where exactly is the project to ensure transparent examinations taking place?
Lviv Oblast:

All these service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are transformed into examination hubs in their areas. In each of them there is already an opportunity to issue an online pre-registration ticket for a practical exam using the e-recording functionality. This reduces the likely number of visits to the premises of the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from two to one. Previously, in these service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and so far in other areas, in order to register for the exam, you need to get a ticket at the terminal.
Other service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the first eight regions continue to provide all types of services of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in addition to passing theoretical and practical exams.
The same functionality of pre-registration for the practical exam in other regions of Ukraine may appear as a result of the dissemination of the project. It is planned that throughout Ukraine the conditions for passing theoretical and practical exams in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be equally transparent by the end of 2023.
