The National Police exposed the criminal scheme of vaccination against Covid-19
Operatives of the Department of Strategic Investigations, together with the investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General, documented the illegal vaccination scheme, the issuance of “linden” certificates, as well as the production of certificates and certificates various forms, sick-sheets, doctor's advisory opinions on the presence of contraindications to vaccination against Covid-19. Monthly turnover income reached 250 thousand hryvnias. Suspicions have been reported to those involved.
The scheme was organized by a 38-year-old resident of Kyiv and involved employees of medical institutions in Kyiv and Dnipro as accomplices. They were looking for those willing to obtain fictitious documents and ensured the realization of criminal intentions. Persons with access to the database were provided with lists of people who needed to be entered into the information system without a vaccination procedure. Such activities allowed those involved to receive more than 250 thousand hryvnias per month. Funds from the “business” were distributed among all participants in the scheme.
On October 12, police conducted a series of authorized searches in medical institutions and places of residence of the defendants. Records, medical records, and a flash drive to enter the database were removed during the measures.
In addition, the police informed the organizer and one of the defendants about the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 28, Part 3 of Art. 361 (unauthorized interference in the work of information (automated), electronic communication, information and communication systems, electronic communication networks) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Another accomplice was declared a suspect under Part 5 of Art. 27, Part 3 of Art. 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
For a crime, he may face a sentence of up to eight years in prison.
