The National Police reported the suspicion of two “hauliers” of Donetsk region
Those involved during the temporary occupation by Russian troops of the city. Mariupol and s. The Urzufs of the Mariupol district went to cooperate with the enemy and headed the so-called executive and administrative bodies of the occupiers: the “administration of the Primorsky district of the city of Mariupol” and the “Urzuf village administration”.
The criminal activities of collaborators were documented by the investigative department of the organization investigating crimes committed in the conditions of armed conflict of the Civil Service of Ukraine with the prompt support of the Department for the Protection of the Interests of Society and the State of the National Police.
The police found that the attackers had experience working in local self-government bodies and during the temporary occupation of a part of Donetsk region, voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the Russian invaders, occupying leading positions.
Police investigators collected irrefutable evidence of the involvement of the suspects in the commission of crimes and informed the defendants about the suspicion under Part 5 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaborative activity).
Suspects face punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 10 years.
