National Guard and National Police guarded Dniester Hydroelectric Power Plant
Soldiers of the Western Territorial Department of the National Guard of Ukraine began to guard the Dniester hydroelectric power plant, located in the Chernivtsi region.
The National Guard, together with employees of the National Police of Ukraine, strengthened the protection of the facility.
“Our soldiers have the proper training to ensure the protection of the hydroelectric power plant. Interaction with police representatives has also been established. So, trust us and keep calm,” said the deputy commander for the service, Captain Oleg Lishchyshyn.
The main task for law enforcement officers is reliable protection of the Dniester hydroelectric power plant. They will carry out preventive measures. In particular, they will patrol the surrounding area, conduct surveillance, assess the existing situation around the object, check documents and vehicles.
