National guards, along with terrorists and civilians, practiced street fighting tactics
The servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine took part in the training course “Tactics of conducting street combat and the basics of self-defense”, organized by the Ternopil Territorial Defense in cooperation with the Civilian Readiness Center.
The course is focused mainly on ordinary citizens, but it allowed the exchange of experience of servicemen with civilians.
“The knowledge shared by the instructors is known to us because our servicemen acquire it in National Guard training centers and systematically practice it on the ground. But it was interesting to exchange experiences and observe civilians who seek to learn the elements of military affairs,” says Maria, head of the department of the department of NGU.
Instructors demonstrated samples of weapons to those present, told about the peculiarities of its use, allowed participants to try on military equipment, and also practiced in open areas.
