National guards brought 10 tons of humanitarian cargo to Kherson
On January 6, the soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine delivered humanitarian aid from philanthropists from the Netherlands, who handed over kits with goodies and coloring for children, potatoes, canned food and clothes to the residents of the city of Kherson.
“The delivery of a humanitarian cargo from the Christian Charitable Foundation of the Netherlands, consisting of about 10 tons of various products, has been provided. These are clothes, these are products, these are gift sets for children and residents of the city,” said guard Viktor Holumbivsky.
Volunteer Anna accepted humanitarian aid. The woman says that the packages are different from those that went before.
Humanitarian goods are brought to Kherson from all over the world, which helps residents of the city, which is daily bombarded by Russian troops, says the head of the Kherson city military-civilian administration Galina Luhova.
“The volunteer movement is working crazy. There is also medical care, food kits, hygienic. A large number of generators are coming, now we are equipping shelters, bomb shelters. Candles, flashlights, warm clothes, blankets, drinking water — all this is very necessary, they help us,” the official said.
Representatives of the National Guard of Ukraine delivered the same humanitarian cargo to the communities of the Mykolaiv region.
