The National Guard adopts the experience of Western partners in working with the civilian population
At the Civil-Military Cooperation Personnel Training Center in The Hague, Kingdom of the Netherlands, there was a training course for servicemen of NATO member countries and partner countries.
During the month, the representative of the National Guard of Ukraine together with the servicemen of the Alliance member countries studied the basics of a unified approach in the planning and practical application of the NATO headquarters system and the process of acquiring useful capabilities.
“Any military conflict requires a modern approach to the formation of new methods of work that will contribute to the preservation of the life of the civilian population. The exchange of experience and the solution of complex problems will have a positive impact on the effectiveness of civil-military cooperation in Ukraine. We are very interested in the experience of the Western partners, because the knowledge gained from them will give us the opportunity to more qualitatively and professionally approach the issues of working with the civilian population,” said Captain Kyrylo ONISHCHENKO, an officer of the department of civil and military cooperation of NGU.
