Recruitment of volunteers for the “Guard of Offensive” continues, — Igor Klymenko
This was stated today, March 31, by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko during a live broadcast on the “United News” telethon.
“Today, eight brigades have been formed and we are ready for active offensive actions on the territory of our state. Also, in parallel, we are preparing to carry out stabilization measures in these territories,” said Igor Klymenko.
The Minister noted that several tens of thousands of applications for joining the “Guard of Offensive” have already been received. People come from all regions of our country, so it was practically possible to form the appropriate brigades.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine decided to continue recruiting volunteers to form reserve units: “We decided to continue the formation of our reserve units so that in a few months we can train, equip and arm the volunteers well, in order to further involve [them] in offensive activities”, told Igor Klymenko.
We remind you that the recruitment campaign for the assault brigades of the “Guard of Offensive” was supposed to end on April 1.
