At the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, a number of resolutions and projects were adopted, which were developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs
At the meeting of the Government, the draft Decree of the President of Ukraine “On the Provisions on the passage of military service in the National Guard of Ukraine by foreigners and stateless persons” was adopted, which aims to legally regulate the procedure of military service of the National Guard of Ukraine by foreigners and stateless persons.
The draft act proposes to approve the Regulations on the passage of military service in the National Guard of Ukraine by foreigners and stateless persons, which is regulated by:
— features of acceptance, procedure for selection and admission of foreigners and stateless persons for military service under contract, procedure for concluding contracts, terms for which they are concluded, their termination (termination);
— types of military ranks, the procedure for their assignment, terms of service and stay in military rank;
— types of positions, procedure for appointment, transfer and dismissal from office, procedure for temporary performance of duties;
— the procedure for sending on a business trip, conducting training, retraining and professional development; conducting certification.
The draft act will significantly strengthen the legal bases and guarantees of military service in the National Guard of Ukraine by foreigners and stateless persons.
Also considered is the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 26, 2002 No. 1983”, which proposes to bring the government act into line with the laws of Ukraine, which in particular regulate the sphere of immigration.
The adoption of this act will contribute to improving the implementation of the migration policy of Ukraine.
In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has developed a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “Some Issues of Implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On State Registration of Human Genomic Information”, which is aimed at the implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On State Registration of Human Genomic Information”, namely in terms of creating a legal mechanism for conducting mandatory and voluntary state registration of human genomic information.
The draft act proposes to approve the relevant Procedure for Mandatory State Registration of Human Genomic Information and Procedure for Voluntary State Registration of Human Genomic Information.
The adoption of this draft government decree will ensure the proper functioning of the Electronic Register of State Registration of Human Genomic Information in Ukraine and an effective mechanism of work of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine to prevent, detect, disclose and investigate crimes against life, health, will, sexual freedom and integrity of the person, as well as other crimes crimes and offenses, search for missing persons, and identification of unidentified bodies.
At the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, in particular, the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Standard Provisions on Departmental Fire Protection and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” was developed in order to bring them into line with government regulations legal acts to the provisions of the Law of Ukraine (from November 18, 2021) № 1909-IX) “On Insurance”.
The draft act proposes the establishment of the object of insurance and the mandatory presence of an insurance contract.
At the same time, the draft resolution provides for the loss of force of the Regulations on the Procedure and Conditions of Compulsory Personal Insurance of Employees of Departmental and Local Fire Protection and Members of Voluntary Fire Wives (Teams) (No. 232 (232-95-p) of April 3, 1995), and other Government Decisions contributing to There have been changes to this resolution.
As already noted, the adoption of the act will ensure the replacement of compulsory insurance with the obligatory presence of an insurance contract.
