In Zaporizhzhia, law enforcement officers inspect the sites of shelling and collect evidence of armed aggression of the Russian Federation
On the second night, Russian terrorists launched nine strikes with S-300 and X-22 missiles on residential districts of the regional center. Apartment buildings and private houses were under fire from the occupiers. Law enforcement officers and specialized services work at the sites of the attacks. There are wounded and dead civilians.
The army of the Russian Federation continues to insidiously destroy and take the lives of peaceful Zaporizhzhia residents. This night, the Russians shelled one of the sleeping neighborhoods of Zaporizhzhia. Dozens of private homes, two apartment buildings and other civilian infrastructure of the city came under enemy fire from the occupiers.
As a result of direct hits of rockets in the nine-story building, the residential structure was destroyed from the first to the seventh floors. During the dismantling of the ruins, the other two floors collapsed. At this time, rescue and search work continues, people are being pulled out from under the rubble.
A five-story building located nearby and nearby residential buildings were damaged. The blast wave destroyed balconies in them, knocked out windows, cut facades.
The rupture of the shells caused the ignition of cars parked near the epicenter of the rocket attack. Also in this area, commercial establishments, office premises, kindergartens, schools and other infrastructure facilities were damaged.
In addition, two missile strikes came on the private sector of Dniprovskyi district. At the intersection of two streets, houses are destroyed, some are torn down. Other homes suffered significant damage.
Several more missiles hit the Komunar area of the city and the island of Khortitsa. As a result, administrative buildings on two infrastructure facilities were destroyed.
At this time, information about the dead has been established. Another 60 citizens were hospitalized in medical institutions of the city. Among the wounded and dead are children. Information about the injured and the dead is constantly updated.
Police officers, the State Emergency Service, the USBU, ambulance workers, as well as specialists of specialized services continue to work at the scene. Law enforcement officers inspect the scene and collect evidence of armed aggression of the Russian army.
According to all the collected materials, criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine will be opened in the future.
