In Zaporizhzhia, police rescued a man with a mine blast wound

The victim received a shrapnel wound in the abdominal cavity during the air attack of the Russian occupiers on Orikh. Law enforcement officers provided the man with emergency medical care and took him to the nearest medical facility.

So, one of the bombs dropped by the occupiers hit the local educational institution, and the nearby households were damaged by the blast wave. At that moment, a 56-year-old local resident consulted on the farm in his yard. As a result of the powerful explosion, the man received an open shrapnel wound to the abdomen and injuries to the lower and upper limbs.

Police VP No. 4 (Orikhivske) of the Pologovsk regional police department were the first to arrive at the scene. The head of the department, Colonel of the police, Vasily Zayarsky, together with the sergeant of the patrol police Yevhen Tatyanenko, provided emergency medical care to the wounded man and took him to the nearest medical facility on a company car.

Thanks to the professionalism and prompt response of law enforcement officers, another human life was saved.
