A bridge fell in Transcarpathia: there are dead and injured
Yesterday, August 4, at 22:00 the rescue service received a message that 3 women fell into the Chorna Tisa River from a pedestrian suspension bridge. The incident took place in the village of Kvasy Rakhiv district on the street. Central.
Rescuers arrived at the scene and found out that as a result of partial destruction of the wooden covering of the bridge, 3 women, residents of Kiev region, who were resting in one of the hotels of Rakhiv region, fell into the river from a height of 20 meters.
The specialists of the State Emergency Service went down to the women and carried them upstairs with carriers. Emergency doctors were already waiting for them there.
Unfortunately, despite the efforts of doctors, the 54-year-old victim died in the ambulance car. Two more Kyivans born in 1986 with injuries of varying severity were hospitalized in Rakhiv District Hospital. After providing assistance, one of the women was released by doctors to a place of temporary residence for outpatient treatment.
7 rescuers and 2 units of equipment from Rakhov were involved to provide assistance.
