In Transcarpathia, border guards detained 19 people who tried to illegally enter abroad
Last day, the troops of the Mukachevo border detachment detained military citizens of Ukraine, tried to illegally cross the border.
Nine violators were stopped by the troops of the “Vilok” and “Tyachiv” departments during the implementation of information received from the officers of the operational units of the detachment. The remaining ten detainees tried to breach the border at the sections of “Dilove”, “Yablunivka” and “Dyakove” departments.
Most of the offenders - 12 men, are residents of Transcarpathia, two more came from Donetsk region, two - from Zaporizhia, three from Rivne region. Currently, the operatives of the unit establish a circle of persons who may be involved in the organization of illegal transportation across the border of conscripted men.
Detainees have drawn up protocols on their commission of administrative offenses provided for in Art. 204-1 (illegal crossing or attempted illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine) of the KuPAP, for which responsibility is provided in the form of a fine from 3400 to 8500 hryvnias or administrative arrest for a period of up to fifteen days.
