In Transcarpathia, the crew of a helicopter of border guards found offenders
On the western borders, special operation “West-2023” continues, within which, among other means, border aviation is actively involved in border protection.
So yesterday, at about 22:00, from the crew of the helicopter H-125 border guards received a report of their observation near the border of four people. The response team immediately left for the specified location.
Seeing the military, the offenders ignored the legal requirements of the dress and tried to escape. One of them got behind the wheel of a car, the other three fled on foot.
However, the border guards, thanks to the correction of actions by the helicopter crew from the air, caught up with the car and the rest of the fugitives.
The grief-stricken driver, who was driving with signs of intoxication, and three of his accomplices did not have any documents with them. In addition, the men behaved defiantly and even called on their fellow villagers to help. All four are residents of Transcarpathia. Officers of the National Police arrived at the scene.
For offenders, the border guards of the Mukachevo detachment drew up protocols on administrative offenses, provided for in Art. 202 KUPap and Art. 185-10 kUPap.
The driver of the vehicle was brought to justice by the officers of the National Police under Art. 126 and Art. 130 KUPap. The court will soon provide
an assessment of the actions of Transcarpathians.
