In the Kherson region, the police opened 14 criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war
The Russian army once again shelled the settlements of the Beryslav district. Under enemy fire were de-occupied and front-line villages, as a result of shelling destroyed private houses, farm buildings, damaged cars, agricultural machinery and roads, and wounded local residents.
In the past 24 hours, the police opened 14 criminal proceedings for violations of the laws and customs of war. The invaders hit peaceful villages with shells from heavy artillery. In addition, information about the facts of looting by the troops of the aggressor country continues to arrive from the temporarily occupied villages of the Beryslav district. The occupiers take away cars and trucks from the locals, on which they take property out of the houses and apartments of civilians.
According to all the facts, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
