In Kherson region, Russian shelling killed a policeman and 3 civilians, 17 more injured, including a minor girl
The Russian army covered the Kherson region with massive fire from rocket systems of salvo fire, artillery, mortars, tanks, aircraft and UAVs. In peaceful residential neighborhoods, the aggressor fired more than 260 shells.
The shelling damaged at least 46 objects: an educational institution, administrative buildings, 10 high-rise buildings, 17 private houses, offices, cars and life support facilities. As a result of the Russian aggression, four people were killed and 17 were injured.
From the air force of the Russian army attacked the village of Odradokamenka, explosions damaged the territory of an agricultural society and private houses, an 81-year-old woman died under the rubble. At least 6 residential buildings were damaged by enemy shelling in the village of Ponyatovka Daryiv community, a fire broke out in a field with solar panels. In the village of Bilozerka, artillery fire damaged the gymnasium.
The enemy army covered the center of Kherson, where communal workers were working at that time, with RSVP fire. A 60-year-old worker was killed from numerous shrapnel wounds, and four other municipal workers were wounded. Under the attack of the enemy were administrative buildings, garage premises, apartment buildings, an official police car, and a 33-year-old woman was wounded.
Three men were wounded during the shelling of the “Karabel” neighborhood. In the area of Hydropark near the school, a Russian shell killed a 62-year-old man who was moving in a car. In the area of Naftogavani, 6 people were injured, including 4 volunteers who helped locals to eliminate the effects of flooding.
In the Zhytlosselyshche neighborhood, enemy artillery shelling wounded two women and a 16-year-old girl who is in serious condition. Also, a 40-year-old police officer of the Odessa region died from injuries incompatible with life.
Over the past day, the police responded to 322 statements and reports of criminal offenses and other incidents. 11 criminal proceedings have been opened under Article 438 “Violation of the laws and customs of war” of the Criminal Code.
