On this fact, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 1 of Art. 263 (illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives), Part 1, 2 of Art. 436-1 (manufacture, distribution of communist, Nazi symbols and propaganda of communist and national-socialist (Nazi) toto of the totalitarian regimes), part 2,3 of Article 436-2 (justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Police investigators under the procedural leadership of the Kharkiv District Prosecutor's Office on July 31 informed the man about the suspicion of committing these offenses.
