In Kharkiv region, as a result of Russian shelling, one person was killed, three citizens were injured
The Russian military attacked Kharkiv and the settlements of Izyumsky, Chuguevsky, Kupyansk, Kharkiv districts.
On March 30, around 21:10 the enemy shelled Kharkiv. A 35-year-old man and a 77-year-old woman were injured. Damaged residential high-rise buildings, private cars. On March 31, at about 00:35 the Russian military shelled the village of Borova from the RSVP Hurricane. A 19-year-old man was killed and a 27-year-old was wounded. Damaged apartment buildings, a shop, private cars. On March 30, at 08:30 the Russian military launched an artillery strike on the village of Kolisnikovka. Damaged household.
As a result of enemy shelling in Dergachi, a private house and an outbuilding were damaged. Around 13:10 the Russians attacked the village of Kupyansk-Vuzlovy from the RSVP “Hurricane”. Damaged households, fences, outbuildings. On Volchansk, the Russian military fought with artillery, launched air strikes with guided aircraft bombs. Damaged and destroyed residential buildings, outbuildings, private cars.
Investigative and operational teams, forensics and explosives technicians worked at the scene. In case of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
