In Kharkiv region, investigators in absentia informed residents of Borova village about suspicion of collaboration
Since June, the 40-year-old woman has been actively cooperating with the occupation authorities. The intruder provided general leadership of the education department in the occupation administration.
During one of the meetings, the intruder reported on the preparation for the start of the educational process under the program of the Russian Federation. Also, the woman was engaged in formalizing labor relations with teachers and employees of the education department, passing advanced training courses and obtaining textbooks for the implementation of the educational program of the state - the aggressor.
Investigators of Izium RUP opened criminal proceedings under Part 5 of Art. 111-1 (collaborative activity) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of 5 to 10 years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of 10 to 15 years and with or without confiscation of property.
In addition, under the procedural guidance of the Izyum District Prosecutor's Office, the woman was notified in absentia about the suspicion of committing a crime.
