In Kharkiv region, police detained two educators-collaborators
The employee of the education department and the director of the educational institution after the occupation of the settlement moved to the side of the enemy.
As established by the officers of the Directorate of Strategic Investigations in the Kharkiv region and the Investigative Department of the Regional Police, two citizens, having pro-Russian views, openly supported the actions of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. From the first days of the occupation of the settlements of the Velikoburlutsk territorial community, they began to cooperate with the enemy.
One of the defendants - the director of the educational institution - organized the teaching of the educational process according to the program of the Russian Federation and received from the occupation authorities “students of the Russian image”. In order to spread propaganda of anti-Ukrainian politics, he ordered the destruction of all Ukrainian literature and textbooks.
His colleague — a “specialist” in the education department of the village council — carried out campaigning work among employees of educational institutions and local residents, and told on Russian channels how “the rise of the Russian Federation in 2014 came to life with impatience”.
Yesterday, November 01, the police detained two defendants in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, the “school director” was informed of the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and “specialists” - according to Part 6 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The question of choosing a precautionary measure is being resolved.
For collaborative activities, a man may face up to three years in prison with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of ten to fifteen years, and a woman - up to twelve years in prison.
