In Kharkiv region, the police exposed a pensioner in collaborative activities
The man freely distributed photos and videos of publications in support of the military of the Russian Federation and the illegal armed groups “DPR” and “LPR” in the social network.
On the page of a 66-year-old resident of the village of Sakhnovshchyna, Krasnohrad district, law enforcement officers found a photo of a Russian serviceman and the inscription “Lord help our fathers, sons and all the topics that are happening at the moment in hot spots”, the publication “Russian Iduts! We will go to the last Ukrainian”, as well as a video clip depicting the glorification of various military units of the Russian Armed Forces and the armed formations “DPR” and “LPR”.
The attacker was notified of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 111-1 (collaborative activity) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for the deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of ten to fifteen years.
