In Kharkiv region, police officers exposed a collaborator who headed a leadership position in the village of Chervona Khvylya
During the Russian occupation of Kupyansk district, the man voluntarily agreed to take the position of “acting assistant to the head of the department of the Velikoburlutsky Territorial Department of the Temporary Civil Administration of the Kupyansk district of the Kharkiv region” under the occupation administration of the aggressor state.
The attacker carried out the decisions of the enemy leadership in the occupied territory of the village of Chervona Khvylya, conducted a census of the population in the territory of the Krasnokhovil Starostiny District, carried out the reception of citizens and performed a number of other tasks aimed at the functioning of the illegal authority.
Police departments No. 1 of the Kupyansk RVP GUNP in Kharkiv region notified a 48-year-old man in absentia about the suspicion of committing a crime under Part 5 of Art. 111-1 (collaborative activity) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for up to 10 years imprisonment with deprivation of the right to commit a crime hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of ten to fifteen years and with or without confiscation of property.
