In Kharkiv region, a gas truck hit an anti-tank mine - the driver died
Today, on October 13, around 11:00 the rescuers received information about another explosion on an explosive object in the Kharkiv region.
The event took place on a field near the village. Yavirske Izyum district of Kharkiv region, which was densely replaced by Russian occupiers. An enemy mine was hit by the driver of a gas truck, which was supposed to refuel agricultural machinery.
As a result of the explosion, the 61-year-old driver died on the spot. The cab of the gas truck was badly mutilated. According to preliminary data from fire technicians of the State Emergency Service, an enemy anti-tank mine TM-62P3 was fired. Law enforcement officers work at the scene, who establish the final circumstances of the incident.
During the day, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service were involved 161 times, 766 explosive items were detected, seized and neutralized, an area of 217 hectares was surveyed.
Most often, pyrotechnic units worked: 23 thousand in the Kharkiv region. 736, Kyiv region — 9 thousand 004, Donetsk region — 8 thousand 508, Mykolaiv region — 6 thousand 223, Kherson region — 8 thousand 269, Chernihiv region — 5 thousand 022, Sumy region — 2 thousand 596, Cherkasy region — 1 thousand 338.
