In Vinnytsia region, police and SBU liquidated another scheme to evade mobilization (VIDEO)
Law enforcement officers found that the commander of one of the departments offered conscripts to “buy” partially completed subpoena forms from him in order to present them to representatives of the CCP, posing as real ones.
In this way, the conscripts were able to evade mobilization.
The 52-year-old attacker was detained after meeting with his “client”. For 2000 thousand US dollars, the employee sold 68 signed and stamped forms of subpoenas.
At present, the defendant has been informed of the suspicion of committing the crime provided for in Part 3 of Art. 368 (Acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of an illegal benefit by an official) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
He faces imprisonment for a term of five to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to three years, with confiscation of property.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
